We are a non-competitive fun running club of around 50 members. We run at a different location every Monday at 6.30pm (generally within 15KM of Botany Bay - Sydney South). Runs are usually around 7km long and are followed by a circle then dinner at an inexpensive Pub, Restaurant or BBQ. The "Upcumming runs" are listed on this site along with map link to help you find the start.


For those not familiar  with hashing a good description can be found on the "What's Hashing" tab. It is a great way to get some exercise, run / walk new trials and have a great deal of fun at the same time.  You do not need to be a good runner to hash (or even that fit for that matter).  We have members of all ages, shapes and sizes, some walk and some compete as tri-athletes elsewhere. A well set run should see everyone arriving back for beer / glass of bubbles at the same time.


Fashioned after ‘Paper Chase’, it is a fun, fair but non competitive Cross Country running to promote the sport, exercise and offer a social outlet. It’s simple to organise and easy to participate, requiring little besides enthusiasm. Truly democratic, it transcends race, rank and religion. The benefits are fitness, fellowship and fun, and there lie the secrets to its popularity. Its fun, Enjoy. 

 Botany Bay H3 was founded in October 1987 and is approaching the milestone of 2000 runs - there have been many successful weekends away both within Australia and overseas.
